Flower Power at Tower Grove Park
Thursday, May 14th
4257 Northeast Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63110
Tower Grove Park, one of seven National Historic Landmark Parks, is a 289-acre Victorian park that serves as the backyard of St. Louis’ most diverse and densely populated urban neighborhoods and draws 2.5 million annual visitors. The land is owned by the City of St. Louis, but the Park is managed by an independent Board of Commissioners which employs a staff to manage, operate, and fund its operations.
Tower Grove Park is a certified arboretum and holds the world’s best collection of Victorian era pavilions.
Each spring a group of dedicated volunteers produces the Park’s largest annual fundraising luncheon event called Flower Power.
The 2020 event co-chairs have invited Debra Prinzing to be the guest speaker at the May 13 & 14 event. The largest fundraiser for Tower Grove Park, Flower Power supports important activities, such as the care and maintenance of the Park’s trees, shrubs, flower beds and green space.
